Kindergarten students used KidWorks to make a project about Fall. They added stickers, moved them, made them different sizes and different colors. On the next page, they added a Fall tree, and then drew a house with the shape tools and straight line tools.

First Graders used KidWorks to make a project about school, and another project about Fall.

The Second Graders used Kid Pix to practice copy/paste, then made three bookmarks using those skills.

The Third Graders are learning how to keyboard using the touch typing method. They are working hard not to look down at their fingers. They know asdf jkl; gh and e. Soon they will be getting homework.

Keyboarding Goals

The Fourth Graders are using Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 16 to review their keyboarding skills. All of the 4th Graders achieved the Intermediate Level, and are learning the special characters on the keyboard, and the numbers.

Keyboarding Goals

The 5th Graders are using Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 16 to review their keyboarding skills. They will also progress at their own rate to add and/or reinforce additional keys. All of the 5th Graders achieved the Intermediate Level. Some students are beginning the Advanced Level.

The 6th Graders are using Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 16 to review their keyboarding skills. They will also progress at their own rate to add and/or reinforce additional keys. All of the 6th Graders achieved the Intermediate Level. Over half of the students have achieved the Advanced Level.

The 7th Graders took a typing test in Mavis Beacon to assess their current typing skills. They are working on additional lessons to add to these skills. All of the 7th Graders have achieved the Advanced Level and are working hard on typing transcription and dictation lessons.
